Returns
Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color or pattern selection
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items sent by us
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
Once an item has been handmade or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
